Support for 1 server.
Remote monitoring & assistance of IT infrastructure.
Bi-annual healthchecks on your IT infrastructure to ensure it is working at its best.
100 hours of on-site support per year.
Unlimited phone support during normal business hours*.
Costs less than £2.50 per user per day.

Package price (per month): £695

Professional Plus Package

IT Support for up to 20 users/computers.
Support for 1 server.
Remote monitoring & assistance of IT infrastructure.
Bi-annual healthchecks on your IT infrastructure to ensure it is working at its best.
200 hours of on-site support per year.
Unlimited phone support during normal business hours*.
Costs less than £2.50 per user per day.
